1. Federalism is a political concept in which a group of members are bound together by covenant with a governing representative head. Federalism is a system of the government in which sovereignty is constitutionally divided up.
2. The three powers are the expressed, implied, and inherent powers. Expressed powers are pwoers delegated to the National Government in the Constitution. Implied power are not expressly stated in the Constitution but are suggested or implied. Inherent power belongs to the National Government because it is the government of severeign state within the world community.
3. Divisionof powers occurs when the government divides all the powers to differnt people. It is important so one person or group of people cant completely control the government
4.The Supremacy Clause is a clause from Article IV, Section 2 that state the Constitution and the laws and treaties of the United States are "the seperate law of the land".
